Foothill was completed in late 2014 as a speculative investment. The Airplane Bungalow style was inspired by the beautiful Craftsman homes that grace the Wildrose Historic District along Foothill and Widrose in Monrovia.
Bowden Development Inc. concentrated on the detail elements of this Modern Craftsman in order to harmoniously blend with the existing century old homes. We are proud to have accomplished this difficult task and provide a much needed asset to the City of Monrovia as a quality example of adaption and compatibility.
