This home in the Daisy Villa area of Pasadena needed a makeover so there was no better way than to begin with an exterior stone veneer fireplace to mix things up. Throw in a new roof, gutter system, landscape with drought tolerant drip and some new siding with a color change and you have a great start. Let’s then upgrade the interior beginning with the restrooms, upgraded electrical, lighting, fixtures, plumbing, windows and add a security system and now we have a masterful home.
